We have an ongoing issue with some of our stores where some orders that come in don't have their store name populating on the order summary page. Our customers and stores are generally all uploaded at the same time, and there is no noticeable difference between the accounts that populate correctly and those that don't. The result is that for these stores that don't populate correctly, the store shows as unknown. However, the customer name and address and all other information show up correctly. The effect of this is that our reporting seems to break down when there are orders chosen that include any that show as unknown.
My best guess is that some users may be using a browser that is not working well with the code, but apart from that, I'm stumped.
