Hosting costs Azure

Hi all,
I'm not sure i post this under the right topic but here it goes ;)
My client has decided to go with nopcommerce and thinking of hosting it in azure and want to estimate the hosting costs.
It's will be a small e commerce site with about 100~200 users a month ~4-500 products and not much traffic.
Is there any one who have a similiar shop and want to share their setup so i can get a hum of what the montly bill will end up around?

Have you tried the Azure Calculator and set everything to the most basic?

I have also tried the calculator, but I am not sure what i need for NopCommerce to run on Azure. Is all I need a VM and a database?
How much memory do i need on the VM?
