JS and CSS bundling issue on Linux (4.2)

Hi everyone!

Did anyone had a problem with bundling and minifying js and css files on linux?
It works just fine on Windows, but on Linux it causes error:
Themes/[theme_name]/Content/css_[client]/1280.css was not found
The file exists, otherwise it wouldn't be added to bundle.

Any help would be appreciated.
