nopCommerce experts for hire

I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I just couldn't find the answer.

I need a nopCommerce expert to completely redesign. I will hire 999design.com but I cannot find experienced nopCommerce processionals.

Also, I noticed alot of nopcommerce MVP and wanted to know if any worked for companies specialising in nopCpmmerce customisation.
