Add role with coupon

Is it possible to add a role to a customer with use of coupons?

Unfortunately, you can only apply a customer role to a customer on purchase of a product out of the box. Unfortunately, using a coupon cannot be made to apply a customer role to a customer out of the box.
You will need to customize your nopCommerce code in order to achieve that.
