Display a message in header if there is only one shipping method in current store

Hi,
My client has nearly hundreds of Stores. So some stores has Delivery and Pick Up in Store options and some stores has only Pick Up in Store.

So what i want is, i need to show a message in header called "THIS LOCATION ONLY OFFERS PICK-UP IN STORE" if that store only has Pick Up in Store option. Is there a way to show that message in header if Pick Up in Store shipping method is available in that store.
