Discount with with combination of two required products in cart

We are currently running 3.9 with the Traction theme and Noptemplates plugin suite.

We would like to be able to offer a fixed dollar amount discount if a specific combination of two different products is added to the cart.

The product relationship is A and B = discount

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to Install this plugin https://www.nopcommerce.com/has-all-products-discount-requirement-rule and in the Discount requirement type of requirement tab select Customer has all of these products in the cart  option. And in the Restricted products [and quantity range]  specify the product ids of those two products which should be present in the cart for the discount in the comma separated form.
