Unable to access data from Nop.Plugin.Api

Hi,
I installed Nop.Plugin.Api in my site and how can I access it in browser ? I have added Client Id as 49c65ef3-1163-4fd1-8e97-cda4d78dbd09 Client Secret as 7966f044-cee7-408f-905f-12dbf2acda0f and Callback Url as http://localhost:15530/api/categories

When I access in a browser I get "401 Unauthorized" message. Please help to access the data in browser or in windows application.
