MyHermes UK Shipping

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a plugin or a tool, or failing that a semi-automated way, to export orders from nopcommerce 4.20 and create shipments within Myhermes?

I see that Hermes also has a CSV upload -  https://support.myhermes.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/442/~/csv-file-upload
