HyperNop Contact Store via WhatsApp Plugin will allow customers to contact a specified phone number via WhatsApp in one click. When it comes to e-commerce and online stores, one of the disadvantages is that the customer can’t ask their questions directly from the store owners. This means that if the customer has questions about the store’s products, they either have to use e-mail or use the ticketing systems (if the online store has any). Both of these solutions take a considerable amount of time for both the customer and the store owner therefor the customer might get dishearten from purchasing the product.
The alternative solution is to use “online chats” for these kinds of situations. When the customer has quick questions about the store, its products and services they can use the chats to quickly ask their questions and get their answers.
In recent studies, it has been proven that most of the customers who use online stores to search for their desired products and services, prefer to do so via their smartphones. Also, the use of social media has increased considerably as well. Almost everyone uses one or two different social media services and have their apps on their phones or their PCs. This means that if the customer has the opportunity to contact the store owners using a familiar environment which is also quick, they would be less likely to abandon their purchase due to a simple unanswered question.
