Product review already added nop 4.40.4

Hi to everybody. We have upgraded our nop site to the very last version 4.40.4 few months ago but just today I discovered that the product review doesn't work. It writes the follow sentence:

"Product review is already added for this product"

and no one word is written in the db. I was wondering why no one customers was writing a review... now I know :-(

Anyone knows where is the problem? The  log doesn't help me I have only a plenty of
Error 404. The requested page (/product/estimateshipping) was not found.... but I think this is another problem that I have to face it in a 2nd moment.

Ok I have done a little step ahead....
In the follow review's page (for example) https://www.hobbystore.it/motosega-stihl-giocattolo

I discovered in the console chrome browser the follow errors:


But the strange thing is that when I try to add the review of the same product trought this page https://www.hobbystore.it/productreviews/12588 it is perfectly working

I tought was a theme error so I temporary swtiched to the default site but with the same errors

Following the console log, there is an error in the third-party function named "quickTabs" (plugin "Nop Quick Tabs" by Nop-Templates I guess), try to disable this plugin and add a review again.

You're right the standard nop page's review is working. I have opened a ticket with noptemplates team.

The noptemplates team have discovered the issue. It was caused by the V3 reCaptcha that was not correctly loaded on the product's page (we don't know why).
I have changed it with the v2 version and now everything is working fine

Hi, uciocan. We checked again and found no functionality issues with reCaptcha V3, if you have  any detailed information about the issue please share it

Let us continue this discussion as one of my customers is having the same experience. He also sent me screenshots.

nopC 4.40.4
Also using reCaptcha v3
Also using QuickTabs

Customer reports attempting to add a review but gets the display "a review already exists". Customer is logged into his own account. There is no record in the product review table with his customer id. Customer is using a mobile device. I have asked him to try a desktop computer and report back.

We cannot use reCaptcha v2. It is terrible and we receive many contact page spams. With v3, not a single one.

I will contact nop-temp for a solution.
