Will theme for 3.5 version work with 4.30?

Hello everyone, I am totally new here...

As per question. I found one template that I really like, and I wonder if this will work.
I will set up my 1st shop tomorrow, but would really appreciate any help.
I will be having handmade pet toys shop... I need something cute!
So I found this theme here:

And now I wonder will it work with current version of nopCommerce?

It wont work - You need the Theme version to match the nopCommerce Version - Especially one that old
You could download and update but it would be a bit of work
You could contact the developer to see if they will update it - But looks like they have not updated anything for while
Maybe someone else will update it for you ?
Otherwise select another Theme

Thank You for Your message. I would love to download any FREE template to check how it would look like, but the problem is... all of them ask for a URL to my shop, which I do not yet have! Everything I do is on my private home server for now... Testing stuff before I set it up on my hosting.

There are free themes available

you may need to register but I am guessing it will not stop them working if you dont have / dont enter a proper domain.
Usually (if requried) these things can be changed later if you decide to use one in production
