Hubspot Integration Plugin

Connect your store's data with hubspot . It will automatically sync all the store's customer data to HubSpot for quicker access and efficient decision making. It will save your time of re-entering the customers' information in Hubspot and increase the conversion rate.

Instructions
1. Download plugin
2. Login as Administrator
3. Go to Configuration
4. Click on Plugins
5. Click on "upload plugin or theme" (Upload the downloaded plugin)
6. After the list reloads, scroll down to the line with new plugin name, and click the "Install" link.
7. When the plugin is installed successfully
a. Click on "configure" tab
b. Enter the following details-
i. Hubspot API key
ii. Number of Trials
iii. To Email
c. Click on “Save” tab

• A simple yet effective system to manage all the customers’ contact
• Whenever the customer is going to register in the store that data will get exported to Hubspot as per the task scheduled by the admin.
• The system will capture the phone number from the customer’s address in-store and will update the same in Hubspot.
• If there are multiple addresses then the system will capture the phone number of the first address only
• There will be inserted as well the update feature included in the plugin.
• The deletion feature is not present, so even if the admin removes customer’s data from the store it will not affect the HubSpot’s records.
• The Plugin supports all the versions starting from 4.0 to 4.2
• There will be no duplicate entries in HubSpot.
• Hubspot will not allow admin to create another contact with the existing email ID
• An email will be sent to the admin with the list of “customer emails” that were not exported to Hubspot
