With LiveSupporti you can add live chat to your nopCommerce website and start real-time conversation with your visitors and turn them into customers. You can customize the text and the colors of your live chat widget, so it can fit your website. You can use our Free plan forever with 3 agents included.


  • Real-time visitors monitoring - you can see who is browsing your store and on which page they currently are in real-time.
  • Branding - you can customize the colors of your chat box, use your own company logo, upload pictures of your agents and add attention grabber.
  • Multilingual - your chat box can be displayed in any language you want. You just add your languages and the chat box detects automatically the language of your visitors.
  • Custom dimensions - you can set the height and the width of your chat box.
  • Automatic messages - you can show different messages on different pages which will be displayed after specified amount of time.
  • Offline messages - when you are not online your visitors can leave you a message and you can get email notification.
  • Groups - you can assign your agents to different groups, e.g. Sales, Support

Fixed and working fine, the app is awe-some:)
So i had issues getting it to work but the admin responded within minuites and we with their guide, it was fixed. the customization options, the colors, the support.. all shades of awesomeness. my client is happy, just as i am. thank you

simple and clean
Love this plugin! Works very well on 4.1 and the paid version allows you to customize the chat box. Also, the Android and iOS apps allow you to reply to customer chats any time of day.
Been using it for several days now and ready to move to the paid version.

It was great app ... once
We cant load agent portal few days, live chat do not show online visitors. They do not answer on tickets and live chat, never answered on phone call. Because we cant chat with our clients we look like amateurs.
