Some advice.  Before you pay for a drop-ship shop front, ensure that the stock database behind it actually matches the stock database you see from your supplier.   We went for a drop ship solution from our supplier to back up our  own stock which we sold at conferences, we were dealing in niche products, paid well over a thousand pound for the e-commerce site,drop-ship option, payments system, and access to what we understood was their database. Then discovered that the shop-front did not use the same back end product database as they used to supply customers buying and accepting the ordered stock, and the products missing? The very niche market products we wanted to sell.  There was no way out without it costing even more money. Needless to say, our venture failed.

SO IF you opt for drop-ship & you buy an eCommerce site GET IT IN WRITING that your site will have access to the stock system and products you need.
