Where can I find this in CP so it can be edited.

P.S. You can edit this text from admin panel.

Go to Admin area > Configuration > Payment methods Click "Configure" beside "Check / Money Order". Edit the text.

FIXED

Steps to change friendly name:
1) On your webserver  goto Plugin --> Payment.CashOnDelivery --> Description.txt
2) Update friendly name
3) On your hosting website panel (arvixe in my case) goto websites section. There is a pause and play button. First pause the website and then click play again. This will restart the webserver and you're good to go.
