I have created my own Plugin , When i install it i get error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. "

I don't know what is wrong in it. Kindly help me.

It's very difficult to tell you where is the issue. You can check your log to identify affected code area.
I write code, article, tweets and answers on StackOverflow - not necessarily in that order.
