Image picker widget required

Hi all,

I'm in need of a custom plugin which would allow the administrator to upload an image and specify alt, url, title etc and have that image appear in one of the supported widget zones. Ideally the administrator should be able to create a group, and then upload multiple images into that group (and re-order the images if needed).

The idea is that on our ecommerce store we have a sidebar which we want to allow the admins to upload multiple special offer imafes / products images / call to action images.

Is anyone able to develop this for us (obviously paid!)?
