has anyone developed functionality to accommodate the following functions:-
Gift Vouchers,
Point Value (PV) – each item has a point value, and for each item purchased the customer is awarded points which accumulate and they can use to purchase other products. Orders over a certain PV receive free delivery and/or a free gift.
Free Gift – a free gift is given when orders exceed a certain amount.
Gift Vouchers – An item that can be ordered and then sent to the purchaser via email, redeemable via the website by anyone.
Loyalty Discount - members receive a higher discount based on years they have been a member
information on any of these items would be greatly appreciated...

I've actually tried GIVING AWAY gift cards with any purchase and nobody added them to their cart because: 1) there are too many required fields for an item they're not sure how they want to use or who to give it to yet. 2) there are no themes for them to choose from to really personalize the Card/Voucher/Certificate for a recipient.
SIDE-NOTE: I know a plugin could be made that would dynamically create a printable "virtual" gift card/voucher - I've seen it done with a coupon site that created coupon images on the fly - and this may lead our customers to trust that it's a legitimate product, and not a potential scam. Just a thought!
