How do i upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4...I download the new files and I am not sure what i do now.

Makes sense but will i loose my current products and such I already have on my site?

Stuck 1 last time..When i run the install it just takes me right back to my homepage and i never get the option to choose upgrade..Any ideas?
