shipping address passage bug have been fixed or not ?

i have downloaded the nopCommerce 1.40 Version, and i read this thread : https://www.nopcommerce.com/Boards/Topic.aspx?TopicID=2364
according to which there is a bug in the project and the shipping address is not being passed from paypal

1) So please let me know in the version that i have downloaded (1.40) , the bug have been fixed or not ?

2) If no then how it could be fixed ? Because shipping address is one of the important thing and without it no order(s) will be completed...

that bug has not been fixed yet but you can still process orders through your cart even with paypal - the payment address is stored on your cart and you can see this from your admin section
