How to install a language pack for nopcommerce 1.40?

this is the 'howto' for german version (don't worry about the mixed language mode - it has nothing to do
with the installation procedure): ...

# German Language pack for NopCommerce v1.40 #

Usage:
1) Add German language
- Go to Configuration > Location > Languages and click 'Add new'
- Name the language pack as "Deutsch" or "German" or anything similar and set the language culture to "de-DE"
- Import resources from Xml (ResourceStrings.xml)
- Finish with clicking the save-button

2) Add German Message Templates
- Go to Content Management > Templates > Message templates > German language
- Click edit on each item, open the corresponding file and copy-paste the information.

German langauage only used for public store - the admin area is still in english;
maybe I hand it in later ...

May I ask how much of the admin area you have translated so far? Do you plan on publishing your translation once it's done (or maybe what you got so far)?
