Registration Security Question & Answer

I am wanting to add a Security Question and Answer to the registration process. Is this built in? I couldn't find any settings to turn it on.

If it's not built in, is there a way I can customize that? I know I can add the fields to the registration module, but I'm unsure how I would tie that in to the custom membership provider.

I'm looking for a Password Security Question and Answer that is used in standard .NET Forms Based Authentication. Where the user can enter a question and an answer to that question to increase password security. In standard .NET FBA that can be integrated through user creation and the forgot password functionality.
