Language Packs (Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Hungarian Croatian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian)

Hello to all

Please help me! I need Language Packs (Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Hungarian Croatian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian) for nopCommerce 1.40. But web site only local Language, no Administration (should stay in English).

Who can, would help? Today i have no work, but I'm willing to pay for it, depends on the price and quality.

If someone tells me how, might be ready to make a hungarian translation :)
