How i can change the text of the button "Download Sample"

There is an option when we add a product, it says Download Sample, so when we provide the sample file or sample url of the file, on the product page a New Button shows up saying "Download Sample"
I want to change the text of this button instead of Download Sample: i want to name is as Download Picture, Please locate me where to go and how to change it...

Can i change the text of RELATED PRODUCT that is written on the product page in capital letters i want to rename it , how it is possible to do it ? i tried by "content management---〉localization--〉Select your language" BUT not working
i guess i have to make changes somewhere else...please help

other text which I can not find in resources is:
n cases where an order is placed, an authorized representative will contact you, personally or over telephone, to confirm the order.
After the order is confirmed, it will be processed.
Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

P.S. You can edit this text from admin panel.
