how to add menu item in nop 3.2

trying to add a menu item, but only see notes for doing it in nop 3.0

in nop3.2 there are no files called menu in the views\shared\ folders

To add a new item to the top menu you should edit the TopMenu.cshtml file in the Nop.Web\Views\Catalog
