Google Site Search didn't index my English pages but index Arabic pages only as it is the default language

Google Site Search didn't index my English pages but index Arabic pages only as "Arabic" it is the default language.
Google Though that it is the same pages but the content differ and he saw Arabic meta tags in Arabic pages and didn't see English meta tags in English Pages.

So Google indexing Arabic contents and didn't see English Contents.
Any solution Could help us?
