How to Generate Google Feed v3.1

I recently started working for a company that does not currently have their products in Google Shopping. I am trying to generate a XML file to upload to Google Merchant. I want to use this plugin: http://noppluginfeedgoogleshoppingadvanced.codeplex.com/ , but it is not compatible with v3.1, only 3.2.

Is there any easy way to generate the feed? I am lost.
