CCAvenue version 3.50 not working

We have setup an e-commerce site using nopCommerce v3.50 and have downloaded the CCAvenue extension and updated the approciate plugin to the Plugins directory, everything seems to be working fine, only thing when you place an order, click confirm, we get a page on ccavenue which says error code: 10002 and merchant authentication failed.

CCAvenue guys said that put in the proper details in configuration, we re-checked more than 5 times, yet nothing works for us.

Can anyone please point us to a solution for the same?

FYI, we cannot downgrade to any previous version and need to fix this asap.

there is no change required it works out of the box.


1.  originate the transactions from the url provided with the CCAVENUE.  for ex : if you have given the domain www.yourdomain.com, with CCAvenue  then the working keys/access code & merchant id will work only for the transactions originates  from www.yourdomain.com.

2.for some reason i am not able to get the transaction successful from the CCAvenue test server.  But it works with the production server.

Check ccavenue account registered with which website name.
you know the accession code and working key.
if you know means check for which Website name it was generated.
from local computer ccavenue wont work.
from the registered url only that will work.
