I am in complete agreement. The page loading and response is so slow that I may be forced to move everything and lose fees. My customers complain regularly and there is not good response.

I am sorry that you have had issues with our service. I did reach out to you on the other post you made (February 17, 2015 at 9:32 AM PST) but never received a response from you. Do you have a ticket ID that I can use to locate your account (or you can PM me the domain you have with us). We do want to know when any of our customers are having issues and to make sure they are getting the best service possible.
Unfortunately it really is about, what you pay is what you get especially when it comes to shared hosting, just as a matter of interest how many products do you have on your site and do you know how much disk space you have been allocated ?.
There is almost 250 products, solution was slow from the beginning even when I uploaded 25-30 products..disk space is enough for site.. even I bought 1GB extra Ram but..previous versions are working fine with same specs and products.. You have to admit that nop core is having slow loading issues..
I have to say nopCommerce 4.0 is probably the fastest version so far, but it also depends on the amount of sites that are running on your server, and because it is shared hosting someone else's site maybe causing issues, take a look at this one : https://demo40.nopresponsive.com/ this is one of our development sites that runs in it's own application pool on our latest servers.
