Set free shipping for particular category

Can I do free shipping for every produts of particular category?

Not out of the box.   It would need custom code, or Shipping Director can do it (see this blog).  Note, that if you use a carrier (like FedEx, UPS, etc.), then you need to consider if Free is for Ground only, etc.
