Email order paid confirmation

Hello! Can I send confirmation if order is paid to customer. Or can I make new message template?
I tried to send copy to %Order.BillingEmail% but it does not work.

Hi,

It's already available out of the box. Please go to admin area > configuration > message templates > and activate "OrderPaid.CustomerNotification" template

Does version 3.4 support it? Because I don't have this template. There is only StoreOwner. Maybe someaone deleted it.. Is it possible to add this template to database?
