nivo slider in different languages

Hi, I need to change the slides for each language.
Some expert can tell me point by point where making the changes?
I find a tutorial for create plugin in 3.6 but don't work for the newest version.
or there is a different way to operate without plugin?

The idea is to develop a plugin that reads the data from the database, actually the number of pictures is fixed (only five) and text is not customizable on different languages.
