Request: Additional PaymentProviders for Germany

Hello,

I'm looking for a payment provider who can offer me credit card payment for germany?
Perhaps someone has done already such an integration? :)

Or does anyone have started or finished the implementation of sofortueberweisung.de or something similar?

Could you please provide a couple of very popular German payment gateways/processors here? Perhaps we'll do it later

For me ClickAndBuy, sofortueberweisun.de or giropay.de would be great.

Is there any kind of documentation of how to devlop such a new PaymentProvider and integrate it into NopCommerce.
I would appreciate to develop one or more of them by myself and provide it to the community.
