How hard is it to implement JS at post-checkout

I didn't see the word ShareASale after I searched for it so this is a first timer.

We manage our affiliate program via ShareASale. What this means is that we have to have a special piece of javascript on the post checkout (i.e. conversion) page that fires and sends order detail back to shareasale. Will this be easy to implement for us?

I just got the tracking codes that needs to be installed.  What's the best way to install it here on nopCommerce?  I know its on the orderdetails.ascx.

Were you able to install this and which part of the code was modified.
I am trying to do this with ClixGalore. Please let me know, if you have any details.
