I wrote an nopcommerce widget plugin for product comments.
It is live comment, it similar to live chat.
Customer comment -> create and channel to chat , All replies for this comment will treat as chat message.
Each comment for product will work as a channel to chat with customers and take care them in backend.
I also share source code to you guys can custom yourself.
I use visual studio 2015 , nopcommerce 3.7 prj in .net 4.5.1 , signalr, pubsub service in memmory no use external service
