I'm using a page named rankingcoach , is a guide for configure SEO in your web pages, no I need to do this :

SEO Integrate all your keywords in the Body of your homepage.

but, where can i edit the body of my hime page ?
I have installed SEO Optimizer and I use two lenguages if help.

You can edit the text which appears on your home page here:
admin area >> Content Management >> Topics(pages) >> HomePageText
