[Suggestion] affiliate program improvment

Two of my customers are store owners. That is just begining of the way and as a kind of promotion want to offer affiliate program.
Bacause it is just begining, trying to set it up with as low cost, as possible. But cost it is also time! If there is some kind of option, why force store owner to spend his time, instead of automatic that?
Example:
Store owner has group of 1000 friends on social media. Let`s say 10% of them will be interested to use affiliate program == 100 people. For every one, store owner should create own affiliate account == 100 different names/emails/addresses.... How much time need to spent on that? And why? Below a little more:


- if affiliate program is not use, why there is no option to turn if off? Just like reward points. If program is set to true (is on), every new user is automatically added to affiliate, and affiliate link is presented at the profile.
- if customer will register, he`s not able to get own affiliate link (only manual by store owner). Every one know: TIME IS MONEY, if above example will be true, when store owner will be ready to send affiliate links?
- if sales from affiliate program will exist, store owner should manually calculate total profit, and calculate rate to pay. If there will be setting with turn on/off program, there could be also numeric input to set % rate to partners. As a final result, store owner will just choose date range and will get all information. Without any extra work on it!
- many of affiliates programs have possibility to control number of referered users, and some other information (like number of orders and own affiliate rate to get). Programs without that data are not realiable by that kind of group people who earn by reffer products/anything else. I asked "will you be interested with such a program?" small group for opinion, but got 100% set to no.



I know that there is a plugin (at least one), but above are basic points, which should be implement to standard installation. Plugin may extend number of levels, mixing with rate, depend on number of referalls/orders, etc.
