Send In Blue plugin

Hi Nopcommerce team.


Recently I have installed 2 new standard Nopcommerce on 2 different hosted servers (VPS)
When I just upload the sendinblue plugin folder, Nopcommerce does not start and provide the error that have been mentioned in the topic before

It should be very easy to simulate.

- Just install standard NopCommerce on a hosted server (not local please)
- copy the sendinblue plugin folder to the plugin folder (nothing is installed, just plain copy)
- goto webbrowser and reload.
-> error


Can you please make this a priority now?
This issue has been out there for a long time now.
We are forced to work with Mailchimp instead.

With all respect but having sendinblue as technology partner but no working integration does not make a lot of sense

We thoroughly investigated this issue and found some errors in the used library.
Now the plugin is re-uploaded. This time everything should work fine. Please try once more and let us know if the errors will be repeated.

Thaks for the update. Really appreciated. I have done some tesing and performed following steps.

1. uploaded the latest files to the plugin folder -> Successfull, No error launching the webshop
2. installed plugin -> Succesfull no error
3. Activating API key -> Successfull - Account information recognized
4. Running manual synchronisation -> error - process continues to loop.(see below)

The sendinblue API supports order and other information events.
Does or when will the plugin support this integration of order information?

Anybody successfully use Send In Blue SMS Transnational?
The plugin works excellent with emails but we can't make it work with SMS notifications.
I bought SMS credits and templates are created. API key is applied.
On Send In Blue/Transcriptional/SMS the confirmation log just spinning.

It would be also grate it the plugin can synchronize customer phone number in separate list.

The plugin is not working. After putting the API key, I always get 'Request failed' exception. Stack trace is given below:

Note: I tried both V2 and V3 API keys, but always same result.

I have been working with the sendinblue plugin for a couple of weeks now and I felt like I was 100% confident in how it works.
It’s an excellent integration and we are so far using it for 3 x Transactional email templates that are fully functional.

However recently I wanted to continue to move some more transactional message templates over to SendInBlue. Normally I would just select the template from within NopCommerce plugin and assign it to sendinblue and it would appear in the SendInBlue Templates screen in just a few seconds.

For some reason this is no longer working!  It jsut stopped a coupel of days ago. The Templates are now NOT appearing in SendInBlue as before.  The  integration is still functional i.e. I can assign any message template stored in nop to SEND from sendinblue I just can't automatically create any new templates on the sendinblue side.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Is there a way to create and link the templates manually? Please help!

I have opened a case with sendinblue and they said they would be reaching out to NopCommerce team. But just wanted to see if any help available here.

This was easily fixed by re-saving the transactional emails tab.

I had made an edit to one of the senders which is probably what caused it. simply re-saving it solved the issue and it is now working perfectly again.

This is an excellent plugin.
