Method Not Found Error When Configuring Shipping by Total Plugin

We have just upgraded our nopCommerce site from version 3.50 to 3.80. We use the Shipping by Total plugin. We updated the plugin for our 3.80 install with the Shipping by Total plugin version 1.22. When we go to configure the plugin with our different tiers, it gives the following error:

Can anyone give any suggestions on how to go about fixing this error message?

The binary download for the plugin was compiled with the initial release of nopCommerce 3.80. An updated compiled version (compiled against the updated nopCommerce 3.80) has been uploaded and is available at https://nopshippingbytotal.codeplex.com/downloads/get/1605944.
