Notify customer about shipping from multiple locations - Nop 3.8

Hi,
Using Nopcommerce 3.8 with Default Clean Theme and Onepagecheckout is enabled.

Is there some way to display the 'Notify customer about shipping from multiple locations message' on the Checkout Confirm page. Currently this message comes on the Shipping Method page of OnepageCheckout, but in my case there is only one Shipping Method and hence I am bypassing the Shipping Method page so the message is never visible to my customers.

Any help will be much appreciated.
