Feature Request: Accept Vendor Terms of Use

Most stores that sign up vendors require the vendor to agree to a terms of use or something similar. It would be great if there could be a content (page) that a store owner could place their terms of use for vendors and on the vendor registration page there should be a checkbox that is required for the person registering to check before being able to submit.
