Hello, we have a site on 3.7 that has 50+ "video" products that start out with "How to" in the product title. When using the search, either on the front end of the site or admin side, searching "How to" does not provide any results. Even using more of the titles, such as "How to Heat Press" or "How to Print" do not garner any results either.
We have our full-text settings set as "Using CONTAINS and AND with prefix_term". (Using CONTAINS and OR with prefix_term makes way too many products show as results)
Also, this occurs both with and without the NopTemplates Instant Search plugin active, so that does not seem to be the issue. And when the plugin is active, we have it set to search descriptions and tags, as well as the recommended 3 character search requirement.
Is this due to the "to" being only 2 characters? Many customer will want to search "How to" in order to access the How to videos we offer on our website. Let me know if this is just how the Nop Search works and what our options are to resolve this.
