Cart page server error for one customer

Hello,

I am new to nopCommerce and our store is currently in development. I recently got the server error when trying to go to the cart when logged in with my (admin) account. I have some custom plugins being designed and tested and I also began experimenting with the shipping setup. With all the changes I can't honestly say when or which event triggered this issue. I've uninstalled all shipping carrier plugins and left just the default one that was configured with the demo data. I've created separate customer accounts and they do not get this error when trying to go to the cart. Below is the error report followed by the log:

Same situation here. I only get the error with my admin account when trying to go to cart.
