First, i don't know if i am in the right place to make this known but if im not, please help move it to the appropriate section (apologies please).

i want to bring to the consciousness of the nopcommerce community and make known my threat that i will tell everyone how dubious the hypernop.com team of developers is/are.

I made payment via BTC for the Store Credit Wallet Plugin, they did not ask me which version of nopcommerce i wanted, they sent me a file for nopcommerce 4.2. when i asked for the version that is compatible with the latest nopcommerce (4.3) which my store is currently running on, probably wanting me to pay for another plugin worse still, they ignored me, for over a month now. hence why i said the developers are SCAMMERS - they will ignore you, no support, nothing. presently the plugin throws error when you click on cart- going by their documentation. i have sent message but i am not hoping they will respond as usual.

Earlier, i wrote a review concerning the same plugin about 2weeks ago, but they didn't approve my review, so its not showing on the plugin review page, neither did they contact me privately concerning my review. i guess that was delibrate, so the unsuspecting public will not know.  so i decided to post this review on every nopcommerce forum.

people like hypernop should not be allowed to ruin the good work of the nopcommerce team. and until the issue has been addressed, i will keep reposting this on every forum.

Sadly this happens sometime, and it's a horrible experience. Gladly there are good companies on nopCommerce community as well, who takes care of their customers and are serious businesses.

One practice I always follow to be safe is not to trust any website / company without clear written contact information, including office address and contact email / phone numbers. Just like in your case, this company has no contact details on their website. You will never have an idea who is behind that! May be you should get in touch with your payment gateway to claim the refund. And also write to nopCommerce team.

Unfortunately, i paid via BTC, a refund cannot be claimed as it is already. but i will like to write the nopcommerce team about this. whats their email please.

You can leave reviews for products in the marketplace:

Note that on that page, they only show version 4.20;  i.e they have not yet upgraded their plugin for 4.30.

You can try, but it's not likely the nopCommerce team will intervene due to a vendor's 'poor service'.
