navigating to nopcommerce site with the login and cart items

Hi Team,
I have one question,If I have login Customer GUID then what are the ways to login to the nopcommerce site with that GUID.

I have shopping cart and customer information like Customer-Id and GUID then how to redirect that customer to nop site with login so that customer do not have to logic twice when navigated to nopcommerce site. I'm trying to ask for login information on a different site and navigating to nopcommerce site .
