Bug occurs when I add new dll in web project references

Hi All,
I have add a new dll file (in Nop 4.0) 'Emgu.CV.dll' file in web project references and when I start application a bug occurs as below:

Cannot find compilation library location for package 'Emgu.CV'

I have right click on dependencies and select add references and brows path form dll file location and add it to web project. What wrong? How I add dll to project?

There is no alternative way for add DLL reference in nopCommerce 4.00/4.10 project.

Just make sure your DLL reference property must set Local Output as  true.
