Social media link not showing sharing count for installed Rich Blog plugin

I have Installed rich blog plugin and I am using its social media link to share and show the count of share but its not working.

I am able to share the blog post but not able to show the count of total shared for particular blog post.

The social media link on product description page is working fine it means(count is showing) then what is the issue (count is not showing) for blog post
