Where to find 'inner exception' details from failed mail testing?

Hey,

I am working on setting up communications to a new hosted mail server. When I run a test outbound email, I receive the error: "A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception". From a bit of research it seems like I need TLS 1.2 on the mail server to resolve, however I would really like to see the detailed error message.

Does anyone know where the inner exception was written to?
