Nopcommerce site caching?

Hi,

I have been working with my categories, made a lot of changes but when I go to public store i wont see all categories.
I try shift+F5 but noting happends. In chrome I see some categories, in explorer I see some other categories.

But when I use "incognito window" in chrome it all works fine, then I see all as I have configures on the site.

I have tried "clear cache" and "restart application" but that wont help.

Help plz.
Is there some settings i IIS?

It was not any problems with caching, it was probelm with faulty working plugins that made this mysteriously behavior.
